Best Seats For a Concert at Bridgestone Arena

The most common seating layout at Bridgestone Arena for concerts is an end-stage setup with the stage located near sections Section 108, Section 109 and Section 110. For many concerts there are also slight variations to the layout, which may include General Admission seats, fan pits and B-stages.

On the Floor: Sections Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3 and Floor 4 are Floor Seats, which offer some of the closest views of the performers. For many concerts, floor sections are added or removed. These performer-specific adjustments may alter the floor layout and the views from each floor section.

To the Side of the Stage: For close views of the stage with a little bit of elevation, consider seats to the side of the stage in Section 106, Section 107 and Section 114. The view is not head-on like on the floor, but many of the seats are closer to the stage, provide better elevation and are actual stadium seats.

Bridgestone Arena Seating - RateYourSeats.com (2)

Head-on to the Stage: Seats directly across from the stage, like those in Section 101, Section 120, Section 201 and Section 202 provide the most comfortable looks of the performance.

Even upper level sections offer unobstructed sitelines. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to see as much detail from these seats as you would if you sat closer to the stage.

Consider the Following When Buying Concert Tickets

Seats behind the stage are occassionally sold: Unless your main objective is to just get in the building, you'll want to completely avoid anything behind the stage - like those in/near or above sections Section 108, Section 109, Section 110 and Section 111. It's unlikely the performer will turn around to salute you - and you're more likely to be completely blocked out from seeing the show.

If you're on the shorter side (or bringing kids), consider floor seats only in the first few rows: The most common complaint amongst floor ticketholders is that they can't see the stage because of taller people in front of them. As an alternative, consider side sections near the stage that will still have you close and high enough to see.

Lower level side sections are not created equal: While the side sections closest to the stage are top-notch, side sections farther from the stage may leave you with a cramp in your neck. Sections 104 and 117 are not well-angled towards the stage - leaving you to turn your head for an ideal view. Instead, consider head-on sections in the lower level or even close side seats in the upper level like 311 and 324.

Other Popular Seating Areas

  • Lower Level Corner (Concert) Seating

Fans considering the corner sections on the lower level are better off choosing seats in Sections 102 and 119. These seats provide a better angle to the stage than Sections 103 and 118, allowing for a more comfortable view.

All corner sections have up to 28 rows of seating with double-letter rows (ex: BB) being closer to the floor.

  • Lower Level End (Concert) Seating

Fans looking for comfort and accessibility should look no further than seats near the concourse tunnel in Sections 101 and 120. These seats provide an elevated head-on of the stage and are close to restrooms and concessions. The one drawback is that these sections are as far from the stage as you can get on the lower level.

  • Lower Level Side (Concert) Seating

Lower level side sections offer some of the best seating options for a traditional end stage performance at Bridgestone Arena thanks to close proximity and good viewing height above floor level.

Sections 106 and 115 offer excellent views, and are the safest options for a show featuring a standard end stage configuration. Sections 107 and 114 can be even better, but it will be important to take note of your seat number before making a purchase. The lower numbered seats in section 107 can have side stage views (most notably in the higher rows) in a traditional setup, so we recommend opting for the higher numbered seats here. On the opposite side of the arena, the higher numbered seats get the more difficult views in section 114, while the lower numbered seats have the superior viewing angles.

For the fans who just want to be close to the performance and dont mind a less than ideal viewing angle for a traditional setup, sections 108 and 113 are options to consider but be warned that you might not be able to see the faces of the artists.

Most of the lower level side sections feature double lettered rows at the front (AA-MM) followed by single lettered rows behind (A-P). The best views will be found in the double lettered rows, while those who prefer a shorter walk to and from the seats will want to stick near single lettered rows D-J (concourse entry tunnels are located at row G).

  • Upper Level Corner (Concert) Seating

The corner and end sections at the top of the arena flare far away from the main action, creating long views to the stage. Aim for seats in the first six rows (A-F) for decent views that are not too high.

The higher rows are among the cheapest concert tickets at Bridgestone Arena, but the view is greatly sacrificed and the stairs can become burdensome. Row A is the first row in each of these sections, which grow to as many as 19 rows.

  • Upper Level End (Concert) Seating

The upper level end sections contain up to 20 rows of seating (with A as the first row) and the longest views in the arena.

Fans with difficulty seeing distances in the dark won't see much from these seats when the lights are off - especially if you're seated in the highest rows. Fans with better eyesight will find comfortable head-on views in Sections 301, 302 and 333 at a fraction of the cost of lower level seats.

  • Upper Level Side (Concert) Seating

Upper level side sections 311 and 324 are among the most under-rated end stage concert seats at Bridgestone Arena. With pricetags at a fraction of lower level tickets, the front rows (A-B) in these two sections provide excellent value, with views that feel similar to those found on the Club level. An additional bonus in section 311 is the small seating layout (just 2 rows of seating) making for a more comfortable atmosphere.

While you might be able to get closer to an end stage performance in sections 312 and 323, most of the views here look at the side of the stage, making it difficult to see the front of the action. Whenever possible, avoid the lower numbered seats in section 312 and the higher numbered seats in 323 as these will have the most difficult viewing angles.

As you move farther from the stage (sections 308-309 and 326-327) and into higher rows, you do begin to notice that you are in the upper level. We recommend paying a little bit extra to be in a lower row and closer towards the south end of the arena for a good value at a traditional end stage show.

  • Lower Level Corner (Basketball) Seating

The corner sections on the lower level of Bridgestone Arena are give some of the toughest angles for a basketball game. Since this is a hockey first venue, the seats are aligned for an ice rink which is much larger than a basketball court. The angle of these seats are a little more toward the end than the middle of the court, so these are not ideal for anyone who desires a head on view.

End sections at Bridgestone Arena will start at row CC and go to MM before starting at A and going up alphabetically once again. Often times behind the basket will be floor sections or pep bands so sitting a few rows up may be good to avoid those distractions below.

  • Lower Level End (Basketball) Seating

Lower level end sections are located directly behind the baskets on the north and south ends of Bridgestone Arena. If you are sitting in these section it might be a good idea to sit toward the middle of the section as often times there is a lot going of behind the basket. This is especially the case during march madness when school bands are located along the baselines. The benefit of these seats is being closer to one of the baskets, but that also means the action on the opposite end of the floor is further away.

The first row in all baseline sections starts at BB and goes to MM before continuing back up starting at A. Tunnels on the south end (110-111) come in at row F. On the opposite side (101 and 120) you will walk in at row G when entering the sections.

  • Lower Level Side (Basketball) Seating

Lower level seating along the sideline at Bridgestone Arena is the perfect location for fans that want a perfect and comfortable view of the game. With no obstructions and elevation between rows, these seats are among the most desirable for the rare basketball game here.

Double lettered rows (AA-MM) will be closest to the court in these sections. The tunnels come in toward the upper half in row G. Fans who are looking for great seats with convenience in and out of their seats should sit closest to that row. If you are looking to sit behind the benches look at sections 114-117 as they will put you closest to the players.

  • Upper Level Corner (Basketball) Seating

Due to Bridgestone Arena's design as a hockey arena, the upper level corners are some of the toughest views for a basketball game. The basketball court's smaller size removes the action further from the already set back sections. All sections start at row A and get larger in size as you head further toward the end.

If you have a choice between the north and south ends chose the south end (sections 313-315 and 320-322). These sections are more desirable since they are a little closer to the action. Avoid sections 304,305, 330, and 331 as they are the largest and far from the court below.

  • Upper Level End (Basketball) Seating

The 300 level end seating can differ depending on which side of the stadium you are sitting on. Due to the south end of the stadium not having a club level, the lower rows of sections 316-319 share equivalent views to the club level. Sit in rows A-F if you are looking to take advantage of this difference. The entrance to each section is at the last row on the south side of the stadium.

The tunnel on the north end will bring you in at row D, so most people will need to walk up further in order to reach their seats. Not all is undesirable about these seats, however, the north end may be the highest seats in the entire stadium but also usually come at a lower price.

  • Upper Level Side (Basketball) Seating

The seats on the 300 level sidelines at Bridgestone are for fans that want the ideal sightline for the game, but might not have the budget for the 100 or club levels. Located above the club sections, these seats are elevated high above the court. However, this height and central location will allow you to sit back and see everything with ease.

All tunnels will come in at row D, so if you hold a ticket with a higher row you will need to make your way up. If you want the closest view to what you get on T.V. sit in sections 309-312 as they will be opposite the benches.

  • Goal Zone (Hockey) Seating

High and far views from behind the net where the visitors shoot twice help keep the Goal Zone sections among the cheapest tickets for Predators hockey at Bridgestone Arena. Views of the far end of the ice are difficult, and feature more non traditional sight lines from the corners and behind the net.

Sections here are some of the largest on the upper seating tier, with up to 20 lettered rows of seating. Entry tunnels are located near Row D, leaving the longest walks for the fans in the very last rows.

  • Lower Bowl and Premium End Zone (Hockey) Seating

Sitting behind the nets on the lower level is a great place to see the plays developing as the teams skate down the ice. Experience a view similar to what the goalies see throughout the course of a game, and you'll also be in a great position to be one of the first to know when a puck makes its way into the net.

Sections 110 and 111 are great options for Predators fans near the net where the Preds attack twice.

Double-lettered rows will put you closer to the glass and the action, while the single-lettered rows give better viewing height near the top of the lower seating bowl.

  • Premium and Lower Bowl Corner (Hockey) Seating

Corner seating on the lower tier provides unique viewing angles that you won't find very often during a television broadcast, but can be some of the best views around. Enjoy watching both the goal to goal breakouts as well as the cross ice passing, and get a true appreciation for the speed of the game.

Sections 112-113 and 108-109 are the best options for Nashville supporters as these will be closest to the net where the Predators attack during the 1st and 3rd periods. Double lettered rows will keep you closest to the ice, while the single lettered rows are located higher in the section offering better all around views of the ice surface.

  • Premium Center Ice and Side (Hockey) Seating

With center ice views and some of the closest seating to the ice, the Lower Level Center sections are home to some of the best seats for watching hockey at Bridgestone Area. Fans can sit behind the team benches in either Sections 115 (visitors) or 116 (Predators), or behind the penalty box on the opposite side of the ice in Sections 105 or 106.

Sections begin with double lettered rows at the very front, followed by the single lettered seating rows behind. Entry tunnels are located just above Row F, which is a great place to sit for excellent viewing height and close proximity the concourse.

  • Sideline Balcony (Hockey) Seating

Balcony level seating along the sides of Bridgestone Arena are a great option for fans that want the traditional goal to goal views near center ice, but don't want to break the bank in the process. Sections 309-311 are some of our favorite options here as they not only keep you close to center ice, but will also provide a head on view of the players and coaches on the team benches.

Sections here are not particularly large for an upper level, with up to 13 lettered rows of seating in each. Section entry tunnels are located near Row D, with some of the best views and access found in Rows B-F.
